Unless you can spend 2-4hours in the gym everyday, have a personal chef and dietician working for you full time, a personal trainer etc. you probably aren’t going to get to that level and you know what THATS FINE. So what can you realistically achieve with your schedule.
4 Take it slow. Unless you are severely overweight there is no reason to loose more than 1-2 pounds a week. This isn’t about immediate change it’s about long term habits. It does you no good to loose 45kg(around 20 pounds) and then gain it back cause as soon as you lost it you went back to eating the way you were before.
5 Discipline. Food is fuel not entertainment. Your body will fight you every step of the way. It hates changing. If you were taking in easy calories from cookies and sugary drinks it’s going to ask for more. So when you get that craving remember that’s your body being a dick about changing.
