TENNIS

My passion and my first love, tennis which is a racket sport that is practiced on a rectangular tennis court, delimited by lines and divided by a net. Its played between two players (singles) or between two couples (doubles). The objective of the game is to throw a ball hitting it with the racket so that it bounces within the opponent's field, ensuring that the opponent cannot return it. Already knowing what it is, I went back to practice, and it was very hard becasue i had not played for years.

 
 
Returning to a sport is always hard because the resistance is lost over time but since this is a contribution of my liking and I practice it since i was 8 years old, its not so hard for me to take it back because I love it and i always effort to be better. Now I don't play it the way I used to play it, which I practiced daily 3 hours a day, because I was a competitive player. This sport as a hobby is fundamental to my life because it gives me greater order in respect to time and I release the academic and academic charges because when I play I leave my mind free and so after each game I am clear to do any job.
 

A volley in tennis is a shot in which the ball is struck before it bounces on the ground.
 

Tips to play tennis

Tennis Rackets: Rackets for beginners and junior-sized rackets are relatively inexpensive, but don’t just go for the cheapest — choose one that matches your body and grip size. Also you need to take into account the weight of the racket because your shoulder can bother you if it's too heavy.

Practice: the world's best players have spent years getting to where they are, starting at an early age and with help from some of the best coaches.

Take Some Lessons: The best way to improve is to take some lessons.

Warm-Up And Cool-Down: Always warm-up and cool-down before and after play. 

Stay Refreshed: Remember to drink plenty, especially during warm weather, and you can even take light snacks.

Hitting The Tennis Ball: Aim to hit the ball at waist height.

Improve Your Speed: Tennis players need to be able to react to an opponent’s shots by moving around the court quickly.

The Right Grip: There are different types of grip for different shots.

Improve Your Stamina: It doesn’t matter how fast you are around the court, if you’re flagging after only a few games. 

Take One Point At A Time: Forget about what has gone before, particularly if you have lost the previous point, and concentrate on the point you are currently playing.
